Responsibilities
1. Developing new key accounts and participating in commercial contract discussions/negotiations, taking a proactive approach to fully exploring the market and increasing product sales.
2. Formulating sales strategies, plans and conducting sales forecasts to achieve annual sales targets while maintaining a reasonable profit level.
3. Conducting market analysis, working on pricing, quality, delivery terms, service, and agreements.
4. Acting as an interface between customers and internal teams to overcome any critical situations, dealing with crises properly, and coordinating all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships, committing to creating excellent services for customers, and establishing long-term mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
6. Supporting Sales Director and Vice President with reporting activities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or Electrical Engineering majors.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the photovoltaic, new energy, or electrical appliance industries.
3. Ability to develop and expand B2B channels in Europe.
4. Optimistic and cheerful personality, a team player.
5. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, German) is preferred.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
