Responsibilities
1. Responsibly reply to customer complaints via instant messaging platforms such as WeChat, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Regularly organize customer complaints and follow up on key issues until resolution.
3. Periodic classification of documents and liaise with second-level support engineers to address complex issues.
Qualifications
1. 2-3 years of electrical-related work experience.
2. CET-4 or above, fluent in written English, spoken English is a plus.
